The bodies of two children were found floating in the tidal water at Diabetic Point and Nazirartek Point on Cox's Bazar beach. Beach workers recovered the body on Monday at around 1am.
Beach worker supervisor Mahbub Alam confirmed the matter at half past one in the night.
The dead were- Mufiz Alam's son Md., A resident of Kutubdiapara. Zayed (5) and Mohammad Ali's son Riyad (6).
Akhter Kamal, councilor of Cox's Bazar municipality's 1st ward, confirmed the incident. Finally, after 12 o'clock at night, the bodies of two people were found from two places.
He said, 'A body was found and taken to the hospital.
But the doctor declared him dead. Relatives brought the body home. Another body was found an hour apart. The body was brought home for burial.
