The state minister was speaking at a function at Biral Upazila Parishad auditorium in Dinajpur district on Friday to distribute checks for donations for cancer, kidney, liver, cirrhosis, stroke, paralysis, congenital heart disease and thalassemia patients implemented by the social services department.
Biral Upazila Nirbahi Officer Afshana Kawshar presided over the function.
