Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) successfully conducted a two-day training program on “Workplace Conflict Resolution: Strategies, Practical Tools, and the Role of BIAC Rules and ADR” recently at its venue in Dhaka.
This program was designed to enhance workplace harmony and improve productivity by promoting various conflict resolution strategies, including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) techniques.
These strategies were highlighted as effective tools for resolving conflicts and managing disputes in the workplace.
The training emphasized the role of ADR in fostering positive work environments, providing professionals with the essential skills to handle conflicts efficiently and collaboratively.
A total of 33 participants attended the training, representing a diverse group of professionals, including managers, HR professionals, credit risk management officers, customer relations managers from banks, government officials, and advocates.
The sessions were expertly led by renowned trainers Jahrat Adib Chowdhury and Tahniyat Ahmed Karim, who shared their wealth of knowledge and practical experience in conflict resolution.
The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where BIAC Vice Chairman, Mr. Muhammad A. (Rumee) Ali, presented certificates to the successful participants.
In his closing remarks, Rumee Ali encouraged the participants to apply the knowledge and skills they had acquired to foster a more harmonious and productive work environment within their respective organizations.
