Another burn victim in the gas cylinder explosion in Bhashantek area in Dhaka died while undergoing treatment at the Sheikh Hasina National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Md Liton, 52.
Earlier, his wife Surya Banu, 40, died Monday evening with 82% burns on her body.
On Saturday night, Surya Banu's mother Meherunnessa, 70, died with 47% burns on her body.
Liton and Surya’s three children, Liza, 15, Lamia, 7, and Susan, 8, are currently undergoing treatment.
Six members of a family, including women and children, sustained burn injuries in a gas cylinder explosion in Bhashantek area in Dhaka on Friday.
They were rescued and admitted to the Sheikh Hasina National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute.
