The Farm Machinery and Postharvest Process Engineering Division (FMPE) of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) has arranged an Inauguration of FMPE Lab Building and Agricultural Machinery Talent Search Awards at the FMPE Seminar Room on Thursday. The programme was funded by FMD project.
Director (Support & Services) Dr. Ferdouse Islam presided over the session while Director General of BARI Dr. Debasish Sarker was present as chief guest. Director (Training and Communication) Dr. Md.Tariqul Islam was present as special guests.
Former Director General Dr. MA Mazed was present as Guest of Honour. Director (Oilseed Research) Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Director (Planning and Evaluation) Dr. Md. Abu Hena Sorwar Jahan, Director (Director General's office) Dr. M M Kamrozzaman and Director (Tuber Crops Research Center) Dr. Md. Matiar Rahman were present the workshop.
Senior scientists from various divisions/centers/section of BARI were present there also. Chief Scientific Officer (FMPE Division) and Project Director Dr. Md. Nurul Amin gave the welcome address in this workshop. A total of seven contestants were awarded through the talent search at the workshop.
