Banker-customer relations discussed

A daylong sharing meeting on “Banker-Customer Relation and Develop Service to the Clients” was held in Jhenaidah on Thursday morning. Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) Shailkupa branch in Jhenaidah organized the event at local Primary Teachers’ Association (PTA) Building. 

Khulna Divisional Office General Manager (GM) of the bank Sanjay Kumar Dutt, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) in Shailkupa Mehedi Hasan, chief regional manager (CRM) Tarikul Islam, upazila agricultural officer (UAO) Arifuzzaman, divisional audit officer Ramkrishna Devnath and Shailkupa branch manager Rahmat Ali among others spoke. The speakers said Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) since its inception, has been rendering services to improve its quality providing services to the valued customers and clients and ensuring modern banking services throughout the country. It has been giving emphasis on agriculture loans and other assistances for the farmers as the bank was initiated mainly targeting the socio-economic development of the marginal and mid-level farmers.  They had urged upon the people to save their money and transact with the bank and participate in nation development activities for a better and sound economic base in the country. It has been playing role to build the “Smart Bangladesh” with the cooperation of all its clients as desired by the government of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the speakers said.
