Bank Asia receives the prestigious ʻOverall Winnerʼ of 24th ICAB National Award by winning 1st Position in all three categories, categories being Private Sector Banks, Corporate Governance Disclosures and Integrated Reporting.
Romo Rouf Chowdhury, Chairman of the Bank, received the award from Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed, Hon’ble Adviser, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Science & Technology, on 10th September 2024 at Hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka.
Mohammed Forkan Uddin FCA, President-ICAB, Sohail R K Hussain, Managing Director and Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil FCA, Chief Financial Officer of Bank Asia PLC., among others were present at the event.
These prestigious recognitions reflect the transparency of Financial Statements, Integration of Performance and Practice of Good Governance by Bank Asia.
