Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq on Friday said Bangladesh will never give indulgence to communal politics.
"As long as the ideology of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Bangladesh remain alive, communal harmony in our country will also remain intact. An evil force tried to create havoc for the sake of their personal interest, but the people did not accept that," he said.

The minister said these while addressing a function to hand over two modern life support system ambulances, gifted by the Government of India, to Brahmanbaria General Hospital and Akhaura Upazila Health Complex authorities.
High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh Vikram K Doraiswami was guest of honour at the function. Presided over by Brahmanbaria Deputy Commissioner (DC) Hayat Ud-Doula Khan, the programme was attended by Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Secretary Md Golam Sarwer, Brahmanbaria Civil Surgeon Dr Md Ekram Ullah and Superintendant of Police Md Anisur Rahman, among others.
Indian envoy Doraiswami, in his speech, said Bangladesh and his country are life-long friends.
"During the second wave of Covid-19, Bangladesh stood by India. India too committed to provide assistance to Bangladesh as a friend," he added.
