A human chain and demonstration meeting was arranged under the auspices of Chuadanga Press Club on its premises in protest against attack on Akattar TV Channel Bureau Chief of Khulna Rafiquddin Pannu. The human chain continued from 11 am to 12 noon. Members of Chuadanga Press Club and leaders of business organisations participated at the human chain.
Sardar Al Amin, president of Chuadanga Press Club, Rajib Hasan Kochi, general secretary of Chuadanga press club, Bipul Ashraf, general secretary of Chuadanga Sangbadik Samity addressed at the meeting. All speakers demanded punishment and arrest of attackers as early as possible. Speakers also said journalists, reporters and correspondents have been working for the interest of the nation. Therefore, this community wants security in their lives.
