Later on, Mymensingh Additional Chief Judicial Court Judge Abdul Hai ordered him to appear in court on February 14.  Nancy mentions in GD, ‘Defendant Asif Akbar has been publishing defamatory, false and misleading information against me on various YouTube, radio and TV channels at different times with a violent attitude towards the success of my voice.

Besides, Asif Akbar sold the rights to 12 songs I sang without permission.  When I claimed the rights to my 12 songs, I got angry with the defendant.  Defendant Asif Akbar started making obscene remarks against me on different dates and times on various YouTube and TV channels with misleading information.  He lied against me.”
