Armed Forces members at Cox’s Bazar provides free health-care services to the pregnant women of the district.
According to sources, in observance of the 100th Death Anniversary of the Father of Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, specialists physicians of 10 Infantry Division of Bangladesh Army conducted a free medical campaign for pregnant mothers at the Khuruskul Ashrayan Project field of Cox's Bazar district on June-14.
By maintaining health rules and social distance, pregnant women were given general health care services and various tests of those women were conducted in the temporary laboratory at the Medical camp.
The free health care service was conducted by expert doctors and specialist female doctors of the Bangladesh Army. Free medicine was also provided to pregnant mothers at the camp.
It is learnt, amid the Coronavirus pandemic, armed forces members of 10 Infantry Division were engaged in distributing relief materials and various welfare-oriented activities in various Upazilas of Cox's Bazaar and Chittagong districts.
Such welfare-oriented activities have received wide popularity and support from the poor and helpless people of the regions.
