President of Kurmitola Golf Club and Chief of Army Staff General Wakar-uz-Zaman has inaugurated the tree plantation programme of the ASEAN Dhaka Committee.
He inaugurated the tree planting programme at Kurmitola Golf Club on Saturday, according to a press release issued by the Inter Services Public Relation Directorate (ISPR)
The ISPR press release stated that a delegation of ASEAN Dhaka Committee comprising Brunei Darussalam High Commissioner to Bangladesh Haji Haris Bin Haji Othman, Indonesian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Heru Hartanto Subolo, Malaysian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Haznah Md Hashim, Myanmar Ambassador to Bangladesh Aung Kyaw Moe, Philippines Junior Ambassador to Bangladesh Leo Tito L. Ausan, High Commission for the Republic of Singapore Mitchel Lee, Thai ambassador to Bangladesh Makawadee Sumitmor, Vietnamese ambassador to Bangladesh Nguyen Manh Cuong and high officials of Kurmitola Golf Club were present at the programme.
