Application for admission in class XI via online and SMS will start from 12 May, ending on 23 May.
After completing the admission work in June, classes will start from 1 July.
In this regard, the education ministry has made a policy on Sunday.
According to the Dhaka Education Board sources, results of the examination may be published in the first week of May. After the results, the educational institutes concerned will have to admit the seekers through the online application.
According to the policy, students of eight general boards, madrasa and technical board of the academic year 2017, 2018 and 2019 will be able to apply for admission in class XI. The students, aged maximum 22 years, from Open University can also apply for the admission.
Application can be made through the following website: www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd or via SMS from Teletalk.

From 24 to 26 May, the application forms will be scrutinized and the eligible candidates will be selected. Those who will apply for re-checking of the examination papers can apply on 3 and 4 June.
The results of selected students will be published in the first phase on 10 June.
The results of the second phase will be published on 21 June and the third phase on 25 June.
After the admission of students from 27 to 30 June, classes will start from 1 July.
