Prominent historian and former Professor of Aligarh Muslim University, India Dr Syed Liyaqat Hussain Moini and his spouse Dr Nuzhat Moini called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman on Thursday at his office on the university campus. Professor of Philosophy of DU Dr Shah Kawser Mustafa Abulwulaee and Director of DU Public Relations Office Mahmood Alam were also present at the meeting.
During the meeting, they exchanged greetings and reminisced about Aligarh Muslim University of India. They both received their PhD degrees from Aligarh Muslim University and are proud alumni of the university. They also exchanged views on ongoing joint education and research activities between DU and Aligarh Muslim University.
Professor Akhtaruzzaman thanked the guests for their courtesy-meet with him and visit to Dhaka University.
