Awami League (AL) Kotchandpur uazila unit in Jhenadah organised a daylong training for the “Road To Smart Bangladesh Campaigners”. The training session was held at the ruling party office on Friday.
The training was organised with the aim to make the campaigners skilled to conduct publicity of mega projects of the government, discourage intentional propaganda, increase the presence of the voters in the poling centres in upcoming 12th national polls and use as. About 400 participants from Safderpur, Dora, Kushna and Baluhar unions had participated in the training course.
The organizers said MajedulHaqueNayan, associate professor and MehediHasan, assistant professor of the Islamic University and Road To Smart Bangladesh Campaigners training cell regional coordinator DebabrataSaha Bandhanhad conducted the training course. A number of local Awami League leaders were also present during the training session.
Kotchandpur Upazila Awami League general secretary Shahjahan Ali said the campaigners got skilled to conduct publicity of mega projects of the government, discourage intentional propaganda, increase the presence of the voters in the polling centres in the upcoming 12th national polls and use apps during the polls hours for a smooth voting environment. They will also visit each and every house in their area and upload the photos and other information about the concerned voters.
