Al-Arafah Islami Bank (AIB) PLC. has opened 221st branch at Sirajganj Sadar on Tuesday.
Director of the Bank Alhajj Md. Anowar Hossain inaugurated the new branch as Chief Guest. Vice Chairman of the Bank Alhajj Abu Naser Md. Yeahea spoke as special guest.
Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Farman R. Chowdhury presided over the ceremony. Bank’s Additional Managing Director Shabbir Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director Abdullah Al Mamun, Md. Asaduzzaman Bhuiyan, Md. Aminul Islam Bhuiyan and other Senior officials were present at the event.
Prominent social worker Alhajj Abdul Qader, Saidur Rahman Bacchu, Maulana Mohammad Sahinur Alam, Alhajj Nur Haider Sarker and Departmental head of Islamic Studies of Sirajganj Government College Md. Habibullah Siddiqui addressed the opening ceremony.
