Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan left Dhaka for United Kingdom on Monday on an official visit.
Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force will visit United Kingdom from July 16-23 at the invitation of Chief of the Air Staff of Royal Air Force Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton. During the visit, the Chief of Air Staff will attend the ‘Global Air & Space Chiefs Conference-2024’, which is organised by the Royal Air Force in London.
Air chiefs and military and civil high officials from different countries will attend this conference.
During the event, participants will exchange individual views on operational strategies, training, military technology and future plans.
He will also attend the world’s famous air show ‘Royal International Air Tattoo-2024’ at RAF Fairford. Later, Chief of Air Staff will attend the opening ceremony of ‘Farnborough International Air Show’ in Farnborough, London.
Besides, he will join the Royal Canadian Air Force Centennial Reception at Canadian High Commission in London.
The visit of the Chief of Air Staff is expected to play a vital role in strengthening the bilateral relationship and enhancing the scope of mutual cooperation in the professional sectors between Bangladesh and the United Kingdom.
Mentionable that the respected Chief of Air Staff will return to Bangladesh on July 24 after completion of said official visit.
