Admission test for 1st year undergraduate (honors) under the Faculty of Social Sciences 3 'D' unit of Dhaka University Dhalai 2021-2022 academic year has been held in a fair and peaceful manner on Saturday. The admission test has been held in 6 departmental cities of the country including Dhaka University Dhalaya Campus.
University Vice-Chancellor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Dr Muhammad Samad, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Professor. ASM Maqsood Kamal, Mumtaz Uddin Ahmed, Dean of Treasury, Dr Zia Rahman, Registrar Prabir Kumar Sarkar, General Secretary of the DU Teachers Association. Nizamul Haque Bhuiyan, Proctor Dr. Concerned parties including AKM Golam Rabbani visited the Faculty of Social Sciences building 7 'examination center. At the end of the inspection of the Vice-Chancellor. Md. Akhtar expressed satisfaction over the smooth and peaceful conduct of the admission test in 6 departmental cities including Dhaka University Dhalaya. He said that the admitted students have participated in the examination at their own risk and without any hesitation. There was no obstruction in the movement of the candidates. Teachers, students and volunteers are engaged in providing all kinds of assistance to the examinees. The Vice-Chancellor expressed his sincere gratitude to all concerned including the guardians for their cooperation in limiting the movement of people including the movement of vehicles.
He expressed his sincere gratitude to the authorities of the concerned public universities, the media and the members of the law enforcement agencies for their support in conducting the admission test.
It is to be mentioned that this year, there are 1,336 seats in the 'D' unit and the number of applicants is 78,045.
