The Board of Technical Education has extended the admission period for various courses, including the 2-year HSC (BMT) and HSC (Vocational) programmes, for the academic year 2024–25. The new deadline for submitting admission applications is September 10, 2024, up from the original cutoff of August 20.

This extension applies to a range of technical and vocational courses offered by both public and private institutions. The updated schedule also includes admissions for the four-year Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Textiles, Diploma in Agriculture, and Diploma in Fisheries. Additionally, the deadline for enrolling in the Certificate in Marine Trade Course has been similarly extended.

The Technical Education Board's notification clarifies that detailed instructions on how to pay the admission application fee can be found on the official admission website. Students are encouraged to review these guidelines to ensure they complete their applications correctly.

For any inquiries regarding admissions, the Board has provided two contact numbers: 01322-830308 and 01322-830309, available during office hours. The Board will also notify students who have been confirmed in government and private institutions about the commencement dates for their respective courses.

This extension offers additional time for prospective students to secure their places in these valuable technical and vocational programmes, ensuring a smoother transition into the new academic year.
