Abdus Sobhan has been appointed as the managing director (MD) of Padma Oil Company, a company under the management of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC).
Earlier he was the Managing Director of LP Gas Limited (LPGL).
An order issued by BPC, signed by its Deputy Secretary Muhammad Ashraf Hossain last week.
It is said that according to the decision taken by the Superior Selection Committee of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation on August 14, the managing director of LP Gas Limited (LPGL), Abdus Sobhan has been transferred promoted as Managing Director of Padma Oil Company Limited (POCL).
He will join Padma Oil Company Limited (POCL) as Managing Director after being relieved from his workplace LP Gas Limited (LPGL).
