Aamir Khan is the Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood. In the final year of 2022, he declared that he would be taking a break from acting. After 35 years of extensive acting, he shocked his fans by announcing a sudden break.

To spend more time with his family, Aamir Khan announced that he is taking a break. After some time, Kiran Rao, Aamir's ex-wife, provided different details. He claimed that after the box office failure of "Lal Singh Chaddha," starring Aamir, he broke down. Kiran Rao stated, ‘It is really disappointing when it does not work after trying everything," in an interview with the Times of India. This is the situation with the film "Lal Singh Chaddha." And Amir was greatly impacted by this.

Telling Mid-Day about an incident, Kiran Rao said, "Aamir and I attended the opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center. It was there that we first got together following the premiere of "Lal Singh Chaddha." I caught a glimpse of his face. I saw the look on his face when he looked at me; it was one of regret and suffering.

Together, we have presented large-scale films. Take "Three Idiots" (2009) and "Talaash" (2012), for instance. However, are you aware of it? Nothing matters about it. Later, I sent Aamir and the director a lengthy letter via WhatsApp. To that end, I assert that the success of a film has no bearing on our partnership or our level of skill.

The Bollywood film "Lal Singh Chaddha" is an adaptation of the Hollywood film "Forest Gump." In addition to Aamir Khan, Naga Chaitanya, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Mona Singh are also featured in the film. The filmmaker is Advaita Chandan.

August 11, 2022 saw the release of the film, which was produced by Aamir-Kiran Rao. Critics and the public have since had nothing but negative things to say about it. In addition, some online users demanded a boycott of the film prior to its premiere. Consequently, the film's box office earnings were a mere Rs 60 crore.
