A private car suddenly burst into flames on Saturday morning, prompting a swift response from the fire service in Mohakhali, Dhaka.
The incident occurred at 9:43 am, with the fire believed to have started due to engine overheating, according to Lima Khanom, the duty officer at the fire service control room. Despite initial attempts by the driver to douse the flames, the fire service was called in, and they managed to extinguish the blaze by 10 am.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident, which saw smoke billowing from the car before flames erupted from the engine.
