According to Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury, the minister of education, the purpose of the new curriculum is to equip students with the universal skills they need to work in groups, present in front of an audience, and find employment outside of traditional classroom settings.
He made this statement on Friday afternoon during the Chittagong City Corporation's interschool, college, sports, and cultural competition closing ceremony.
The education minister declared that our girls' football team has tied India for first place. We have to hang onto it. Two days ago, Sheikh Hasina, the daughter of Bangabandhu, gave us instructions that secondary school kids should be able to play cricket and football. We are going to launch a national competition as a result. There, Chittagong City Corporation has taken things a step further. This sports competition has already been launched by Chittagong City Corporation.
He said, "I will ask the mayor to make it so that kids can play sports on every playground in Chittagong." We just need to get in the game; a fair game is not necessary. It is necessary to make plans for girls to play at a designated time. since women make up 50% of the population of the nation. It is also critical to consider their physical and mental well-being. Girls will progress in this alongside boys. There will then be a development that is balanced.
