The application process for filling 96,736 vacant teaching positions in private educational institutions is set to commence on Wednesday at noon. Interested applicants will have time until May 9 to submit their applications.
Of the total vacancies, 43,286 are allocated for schools and colleges under various MPOs, while 53,450 positions are designated for madrasas and technical institutes, as reported by NTRCA.
In the 5th Public Notice, NTRCA has issued specific instructions for applicants to adhere to during the application process. Notably, only female candidates are eligible to apply for the position of Assistant Teacher (Physical Education) in Women's Educational Institutions.
Similarly, candidates applying for the position of Assistant Teacher (Religious & Moral Education) must adhere to the religious affiliation specified for the role. False information provided during the application process will lead to disqualification.
Mandatory applicant should be qualified as follows: Be registered according to the concerned subject, position and type of institution; be included in the combined merit list published by NTRCA; and be a valid certificate holder as per Rule 10(1) of Private Teacher Registration Examination and Certification Rules-2006 (2006, amended 2015).
Applicants must possess desirable educational qualification as per latest manpower structure and MPO policy issued by Department of Secondary and Higher Education and Department of Technical and Madrasa Education; (To view the details of the required educational qualification, click on the service box called '5th Recruitment Circular' on NTRCA's website). subject mentioned in the
registration certificate should be applied to the respective posts and educational institutions.
Candidate age should be 35 years or less as of January 1, 2024.
According to a notification, each applicant can make only one application at the same level (school/college) as per registration certificate. A candidate can choose a maximum of 40 educational institutions in his application from the list of vacancies. After giving the said Choice, if a candidate is willing to work in any educational institution outside his/her Choice country, he/she has to click Yes in the box named Other Option displayed in the e-Application form. If you are not willing, then click No.
Furthermore, applicants must ensure accuracy in the e-Application form, including spelling consistency with the information provided in the registration certificate. Any discrepancies will be the responsibility of the applicant.
For positions marked with a 'Female Quota,' only female candidates are eligible to apply, while all other positions are open to both genders.
During the application process, candidates are required to use their own mobile number and active email address. The User ID and Password for filling out the online police verification form will be sent to the provided email.
It's crucial for applicants to carefully fill out the recruitment application (e-application) form, as modifications will not be permitted once the form is submitted.
Upon successful submission, applicants will receive an automatic SMS confirmation from NTRCA. Additionally, it is the applicant's responsibility to retain a printed copy of the submitted application (the applicant's copy).
