A total of 90 new people have been kept in quarantine in Kishoreganj. Civil Surgeon's Office sources said that 90 persons were in home quarantine till Monday. Of them, 05 were in home quarantine in Tarail Upazila, 3 in Pakundia, 31 in Katiadi, 43 in Bhairab, 7 in Bajitpur, 1 in Nikli.
So far, there are a total of 209 in home quarantine and 4 in institutional quarantine. Civil Surgeon Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman said the number of institutional quarantine zones have been increased in Kishoreganj to prevent coronavirus. By this time 887 suspects have passed their home quarantine and 29 their institutional quarantine.
For future use, institutional quarantine camps have been set up in Shahid Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital, Bajitpur Zahurul Islam Medical College Hospital, President Abdul Hamid Medical College Hospital, Trauma Hospital in Bhairab upazila and 13 Upazila Health Complex.
