Agriculture department will provide incentives of Taka 50, 93, 250 to 5,050 small and marginal farmers in Pabna Sadar upazila under the agricultural incentive and rehabilitation program.
Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) office sources said the underprivileged farmers will get the incentives in cultivating various crops this Robi season.

Local lawmaker Golam Farooq Prince inaugurated the distribution of seed and fertilizer as the chief guest at a function organized by the Upazila Parishad and Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) at Sadar Upazila Parishad auditorium on Saturday afternoon.
The chief guest said present government is an agri-friendly government and the government has taken various steps for the development of farmers.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Tahmina Akhter Raina, Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer Abu Saeed Shikhan, Upazila Agriculture Officer Hasan Rashid Hossaini, among others, were present on the occasion.
According to the Upazila Agriculture Office, the incentives money will be provided in phases among the farmers in the fiscal year 2021-2022 of the upazila.
