A total of 49,413 students have passed in the Medical Admission tests for the session 2019-20. The students have achieved at least 40 percent mark, required for getting admitted into public and private medical colleges. Of them, 22,882 are male students and 26,531 females.
Dr. Abul Kalam Azad, director general of the Directorate of Health, formally announced the result at the conference room of the Directorate on Tuesday afternoon. There are some 4,068 seats in 36 public medical colleges and 6,336 seats in 70 private colleges across the country.
