Four persons were arrested with drugs in Kishoreganj. Member of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested them with 40kg hemp in the district on Thursday (03 September).
The arrestees were identified as Md. Pervaz (25) son of Akkas Mia of village Kalipur, Md. Hafiz (34) son of Abdul Barak of village ChandibarModdapara under BhairabUpazila in Kishoreganj district, Md. Shah Alam (44) son of ShamsulHoque of village Ayli under Barguna district and Md. Faysal (20) son of Late Abdul Kader of village Rustompur under Ahalia in Dhaka district.
Deputy Director of RAB- 14 (CPC- 3) Company Commander Assistant Police Super Rafiuddin Mohammad Jubayer said RAB members raided onBhairabpur Natal Moor area under Bhairabupazila and arrested them with 40kg hemp, 1 Drum Truck (Dhaka Metro-Ta-15-0232) and Tk. 14500. A case under Narcotics Control Act was field with Bhairab Model Police Station.
