Thirty-eight people were detained on Friday in Satkhira, Pabna and Laxmipur for their alleged involvement in leaking question paper of primary teacher recruitment test.
In Satkhira, Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) detained 29 suspected members of a gang from Kalaroa upazila in the morning.
A Rab-6 team raided Sonali Super Market where candidates gathered on Thursday night to get questions and solution, said Lt Col Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman, commander of Satkhira Rab.
The gang had assured the candidates of providing questions and answers through mobile phones in exchange for money.
In Pabna, police detained four youths from a mess in Radhanagar area of the town. They were using various devices for cheating in the exam.
