Three secretaries including Principal Secretary to the PM, Dr Ahmad Kaikaus pay rich tribute to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing wreaths at Tungipara in Gopalganj on Saturday.
The other two secretaries are Masud Bin Momen, secretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Prime Minister’s Personal Secretary-1, Md Tofazzel Hossain Miah (Newly promoted to secretary to the Prime Minister's Office).
Later, they recited Suraf Fateha and offered munajat for the departed soul of Bangabandhu and his family members. At that time, Additional Secretary of LGRD Ministry Dr Kazi Anwarul Haque, Chief Engineer of LGED Susankar Chandra Acharjee, Deputy Commissioner of Gopalganj Shahida Sultana, Chief Engineer of District LGED AK Fajlul Haque, Acting President of Tungipara Upazila Awami League Ilias Hossain Sarder, Upazila Chairman Solaiman Biswas along with others were also present.
