Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two people along with two one-shooter guns from Benapole bordering area under Sharsha upazila in Jashore district on Sunday.
The arrested were Rubel Hossain and Yasin Ali, residents of Putkhali village in the upazila.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in Putkhali village in the afternoon and caught the duo red-handed along with the firearms, said RAB-6 official Masud.
The arrested were handed over to Benapole Port Police Station in this regard, he added.
