A two day-long international conference of the Physics Department of Chattogram University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) ends today.
The theme of the conference is “Highlighting Innovation Challenges in Physics”.
A total of 250 scholars including teachers, scientists, researchers, experts and entrepreneurs from Australia, Canada, Japan, India, France, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Nigeria and Bangladesh joined the conference.
A total of three keynote speeches, two invited talk, 10 technical session and one poster projection were presented in the conference.
Besides, 157 research articles including oral and poster projection have been finally approved for the conference.
Vice chancellor of CUET Professor Dr Rafiqul Alam inaugurated the conference as chief guest while Dr Mohammad Mohiuddin presided over the inaugural function.
Professor Emeritus of South East University Dr M Shamsher Ali attended as conference speaker.
Dean of Engineering and Technology Faculty Dr Mohammad Rezaul Karim, Registrar Professor Dr Farukuzzaman Chowdhury graced it as special guests.
